On 1, 8 and 15 June IE-net organizes a series of webinars on “Patent Enforcement in Asia”.
Each week, a specialized IP litigator from a different IP law firm will highlight particular aspects of patent enforcement in their
respective jurisdiction. Topics to be discussed will include an overview of enforcement procedures, computer‐implemented
inventions, apparatus claims vs. method claims, substances of matter (incl. product‐by‐process) and general aspects of IP litigation.
This event is organized by ie-net’s Expert Group Intellectual Property. Members of LES Benelux get a 30% discount on the participant fee.
